Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


•社内外と良好な関係を作り目標達成に高いモチベーションがあること。


•KOL(キーオピニオンリーダー)・AOL (エリアオピニオンリーダー)へ定期的訪問を行い良好な関係作りを積極的に行えること。


•配属エリアの市場把握に努めエリア戦略を立案しチーム目標に貢献すること。


•トレーニングに積極的に参加し製品スペシャリストとしての知識向上に努め、習得した知識で自社セールスや販売店セールス、エンドユーザーへトレーニングを行うこと。


•販売店と定期的Meetingを行い目標達成のためのフォーキャストを作成すること。

Required Qualifications

・3年以上医療機器の販売に従事した経験がある方(外科的手術関連医療機器や超音波画像診断機器の経験だと尚可)

・現在の経験を活かし、新たに学ぼうとする意欲がある方

・解決能力を磨き、様々な場面に対してフレキシブルに対応できる方

・ 日本語でのコミュニケーションが流暢であること

・ 英語力は不問。ただし、業務上必要な場合に学習する姿勢がある方

・ 出張に対応できる方
