鋼線や鋼製品を専門に製造する企業でのお仕事です。

お仕事詳細
エレベーター等で使用する鋼線やワイヤーロープを作る為の生産設備の改造調査を行っていただきます。
【具体的には】
生産を行う機械の動きを確認し、問題点を見つけます。
問題点があれば解決に向けて「どうすれば良くなるか」「新しい部品を使うべきか」等をチームで検討します。
具体的な解決策が出れば、機械の改造に向けて他部署と話し合いを行い、詳細な計画を立てていきます。
改造を行った後は、機械の動きを確認し、良い結果が出ているかを確認していただきます。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
8:30~17:30
(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

月給 21万円~26万円
(一律手当を含む)
月給21万円~26万円+賞与年3回
- 能力・年齢などを考慮の上決定します。
※残業手当は別途全額支給(例月平均の25時間で4万6,424円)
・交通費(全額支給)
・出張手当(2000円~1万2000円/日)
・賞与:年3回(平均年3カ月分+決算賞与)※2024年度実績
・昇給:年1回(給与改定)

年収315万円以上
※315万円の場合:基本給21.0万円×12月+賞与63.0 万円
<月収例 時間外労働30Hの場合>
月収25.7万円:基本給21.0万円+時間外労働4.7万円
<社員の年収例>
・年収580万円(5年目・35歳)
・年収440万円(2年目・30歳)
