【仕事内容】
温浴施設で使われる「キャッシュレス精算システム」の導入担当として
現地での設置・設定からスタッフへの使い方説明、
稼働当日の立ち会いまでを行います。
システムが問題なく動き、
施設がスムーズに回るように支える仕事です。
<どんなシステム?>
スパや温浴施設で、手首のロッカーキー(リストバンド)をかざして
館内の食事や買い物ができる…そんな仕組みを使ったことはありませんか?
当社のシステムは、その「チェックイン~会計・チェックアウト」までの
運営をまとめて支える仕組みです。
あなたには、そのシステムを施設に導入し
スタッフの方が安心して使える状態にするところまでを
担当していただきます。

導入スケジュールの調整
- 施設側と日程・段取りをすり合わせ
システムのセットアップ
- 初期設定・環境づくり
機器の設置・動作チェック
- 現地で設置して正常に動くか確認
施設スタッフへの操作説明
- 使い方をレクチャー
稼働当日の立ち会い
- トラブル対応・運用フォロー
新規導入だけでなく、すでに導入済み施設の
入れ替え(リプレイス)やメンテナンスも担当します。
業務割合は、新規導入7割:既存対応3割ほどです。
【導入スケジュール】
※新規施設の場合(あくまでも一例です)
- システム機器のセットアップ(社内作業:約7日間)
システムが稼働できるように各種機器のキッティング
データベース構築やマスタ登録などを実施
- 機器設置・動作確認(現地作業:約5日間)
フロント端末や自動精算機、レストラン用ハンディ端末などを設置し、
ネットワークを構築して動作を確認
- 操作説明(現地:約3日間)
スタッフに操作を体験してもらいながら、利用方法を説明
- 稼働立ち合い(現地:約3日間)
現場に常駐し、スタッフの操作をサポート
【入社後の流れ】
- まずは研修からスタート
デモ機を使いながら、端末の操作方法や
システム導入の一連の流れを基礎から学びます。
- 現場は先輩と一緒に(OJT)
最初は先輩と2人1組で現場に入り、
実際の導入作業を経験。
案件の規模によっては
3名体制で進めることもあります。
- 半年~1年
慣れてきたら、まずは一部の機器導入など、
範囲を限定した作業を単独でお任せしていきます。
一部の導入を一人で担当できるように成長
- 1~2年目
成長に合わせて、新規施設全体の導入を
リーダーとして担当。
スケジュール調整や当日の段取りなど、
プロジェクト全体を動かす役割も担います。
はじめはわからないことばかりで当たり前
イチから丁寧に指導しますので、ご安心ください。

現在「導入サポート」は6名体制。
20代後半を中心に30代も活躍している、
明るくフレッシュなチームです
メンバーは全員男性で、前職もさまざま。
不動産業界/セラピスト/酒屋のルート営業
大手家電量販店の販売員など、
ほとんどが未経験からのスタートです。
入社後は研修を通して、
ITやシステムの基礎からしっかり習得。
今ではそれぞれが現場で経験を積み、
導入の最前線で頼られる存在として活躍しています
勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日
【勤務時間】
10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
- 残業少なめ/月平均10時間程度

施設の営業時間外に 機器の入れ替えや
稼働立ち会いが必要な場合は、
夜間対応(夜勤)が発生することがあります。
ただし頻度は月1回程度と多くありません。
夜間対応の翌日は、
出勤時間を遅らせる/代休を取るなど
状況に合わせて柔軟に調整しています。
たとえば24時まで立ち会った場合は、
翌日の出勤を遅めにするなど
無理なく続けられる働き方ができます。
