【仕事内容】

【工場での加工機械オペレーター(部品づくり)】

自動で動く加工機械を使用し、

鉄やステンレスなどの金属材料を削って部品を製造するお仕事です。

作るのは自動車や各種機械に使われる金属部品です

  • 具体的な仕事内容

(1) 設計図を見て、加工する形やサイズを確認

(2) 加工機械を動かすためのデータを操作パネルで入力・確認し、ボタン操作で加工開始

※データは事前に用意されているため、難しいプログラム作成はありません

(3) 加工後の部品を取り出し、バリ取りや穴あけなどの仕上げ作業を行います

  • 部品は手で持てるサイズで、

重いもので約5kg程度です(セット・取り外し時のみ)

  • 仕事の特徴

・静かな環境で、集中してモクモク作業できる仕事です

・材料セットや仕上げ作業など、適度に体を動かす場面もあります

・機械操作が中心ですが、作業確認などで周囲と連携することもあります

・慣れてくると複数台の機械を担当し、段取りよく作業できます

・自分のペースで落ち着いて作業できる環境です

・加工機械を使った作業経験が半年以上ある方

  • 歓迎条件

・加工用の道具を自作した経験がある方

・丸い部品を削る機械(旋盤など)の使用経験がある方

*8h稼働

*45分休憩+10時・15時に有償の小休憩有り
