SaaSプロダクト「Aconnect」のテクニカルプロダクトマネージャー(TPM)をお任せします。
我々のプロダクト組織ではFeatureと呼ばれる単位で開発チームが分かれており、プロダクトマネージャーは特定のFeatureを担当し、チームのマネジメントをしていだたきます。
主にエンジニアやプロダクトデザイナーと連携し、技術寄りのプロダクト企画、推進をお任せいたします。
■具体的な業務内容
・Aconnectにおけるビジョンと戦略の策定・実行
・プロダクトが解くべき課題の定義、データ等に基づいた仮説の提示、それを実行するためのロードマップ策定
・エンジニアリングチームとともにプロダクトの技術戦略の策定と実行、他PdMと連携したプロダクトのプランニングと設計の推進
・プロダクトのスケーラブルなアーキテクチャ設計、パフォーマンス、セキュリティ向上、のための技術的リーダーシップの発揮
・リリースの管理とパフォーマンスのモニタリング、改善プランの策定、実行
【求める人材】

※すべて必須
・自社プロダクトのプロダクトマネジメントもしくはプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・ソフトウェアエンジニア(主にバックエンド/インフラ領域)としての実務経験3年以上
・システムアーキテクチャの設計・実装を主導した経験
