学校の先生は、毎日たくさんの子どもたちと向き合っています。授業の準備や宿題の配信、ICTツールの活用など、先生方がスムーズに授業を進められるように、私たちはサポートしています。
あなたにお願いしたいのは、学校で使われている学習支援ソフトについて、先生方からのお問い合わせに対応するお仕事です。
「ログインできなくて…」
「宿題の配信方法がわからなくて…」
そんな先生方の困りごとを、電話が8割・メールが2割の比率で、丁寧にサポートします。
マニュアル完備で、特別な知識や経験は不要です。
「ありがとうございます助かりました」という先生の声を直接聞けるから、やりがいも抜群です。
