お持ち帰り用の「からあげ店」でのお仕事
【お仕事内容】
- 開店準備
- 店内、店外の清掃
- からあげ、サラダ、仕込みなど
- メニューの調理
- 電話や店頭でのオーダー受付
接客、レジ、お見送り など
食材の切り方からしっかり教えます
油跳ねしない揚げ方のコツも
覚えられますよ
- まずはメニューを覚えるところや
接客の基本を覚えるところから
始めましょう
【1日の流れの例(午前中から勤務の場合)】
- 10時~11時の開店まで:
掃除、開店準備、炊飯、油の準備、
下準備など
- 11時にオープン:
お客様を笑顔でお出迎え
お店が開店後は接客や仕込みを並行して
何人かで手分けをしながら行っています
- お昼休憩:
オーナーお手製の美味しいまかない有
その日によってメニューが違うのも
楽しみの一つ
- 退勤まで:
接客・仕込み・調理・清掃など、
その時の状況によって行います。
- モクモク作業…というよりは
ワイワイみんなで話しながら
お仕事しているので時間もあっという間
もちろん、仕事中はちゃんと
やってますよ(笑)
- ありがたいことに、
お客様の7~8割は常連さん
今後はFC店舗の展開予定も

あったんですが、今は全然
家族みたいになんでもしゃべるし、
