Responsibilities
- Work with teams cross functionally
- Delivering orders on time, managing inventory, controlling costs, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Oversee and support the end-to-end supply chain
- Help forecast and meet Japan's revenue shipment goals
- Turn inventory into shipments by solving issues
- Improve processes with DBS tools to boost growth and efficiency
- Apply global standards adapted for Japan (import/export, VAT)
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in supply chain
- Previous leadership experience in operations
- Strong team leader and team player
- Able to communicate clearly, work well with others, influence without authority, and drive change.
- Fluent Japanese and permission to work in Japan
- Business-level English
- Understanding of ERP systems, SAP experience preferred
Salary
- Company will consider candidates up to 15M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
