Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Chain Director by overseeing the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of the 3PL JP warehouse activities, covering both operational workflows and administrative procedures.
  • Compile, analyze, and communicate delivery performance metrics for the JP operations each day, while consistently tracking progress toward defined targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to broader supplychain development efforts and take ownership of all processimprovement initiatives within the JP market.
  • Act as the operational lead for managing relationships with key suppliers supporting the JP supplychain function.
  • Work closely with the local Commercial teams to resolve deliveryrelated inquiries and operational issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the Office Order process for the internal JP organization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Background in retail or fashion is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, PLM, Qlik Sense, NuOrder, and strong MS Office skills is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese required; additional languages are an advantage.
Salary

Company will consider candidates up to *** JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
