Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations, including bonuses, incentives, year-end tax adjustments, and retirement allowance management (lump-sum, DC, DB), in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Oversee accurate attendance tracking and system maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and compliance processes.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, along with labor-related administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
  • Administer a wide range of employee benefits and EHS programs, while supporting general affairs and operational functions such as invoice processing.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation schemes and performance evaluation systems aligned with business goals.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts and lead employee training initiatives that enhance workforce capability and engagement.
  • Prepare budget-related documents and maintain up-to-date payroll and HR data, supporting accurate forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Business level English
  • 5+ years relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Strong labor law knowledge

Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 10M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
