【背景】
ティアフォーでは自動運転システムの開発を効率化させるため、運用データの活用を中心としたDevOpsプロセスの推進を行っています。
このプロセスを通じて、実際の走行データから得られる知見を開発へ効率的にフィードバックし、システムの継続的な改善を目指します。
【仕事内容】
このポジションでは主に、自動運転の実運用から得られる大量のデータに対し多様な視点から可視化および分析を行い、各チームへ情報を繋げる役割を担います。
具体的な業務:
- 自動運転システムの開発に関わる大規模データの分析
- センサーデータやシステムログの特性を考慮した適切なデータ処理・可視化
- 分析結果に基づく自動運転システムの評価レポート
- データ分析のプロセスおよびツールの開発

Requirements
- 自動車、ロボティクス、ITシステムいずれかにおけるデータ分析経験
- PythonまたはSQLのプログラミングスキル
- 基本的な統計分析の知識と実践経験
Preferred Experiences
- ビジネスレベルの英語&日本語能力(会話+読み書き)
- 統計分析、機械学習または安全性評価での経験
- 自動運転に関連する問題解決の経験
- ADASやロボティクス分野におけるデータ分析経験
- ROS2を利用した開発経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円
月額基本給 :246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額)
固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)

東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル、東京都品川区北品川一丁目19-4 泉北品川ビル及び労働者の自宅
