今や日本で当たり前になりつつある"AI面接"という新しいカテゴリーを2024年に切り拓きました。

■ 事業の核(プロダクトの位置づけ)

当社は「AI面接官」を提供するだけの単一プロダクト提供企業ではありません。

面接・評価に眠る一次データを企業の経営アジェンダへ接続し、採用を起点に新たな「人事OS」を実装していきます。AI面接はその入口の一つに過ぎず、当社の本質は"データ×経営"で人と組織の意思決定をアップグレードします。

CEO直下の右腕として、組織全体の数値管理・進行統制・特命案件の実行を担い、経営の意思決定を実現へとつなぐ最前線に立っていただきます。

戦略を描くだけではなく、現場を動かし、成果を出すことがこのポジションの本質です。CEOの構想や経営課題を「仕組み」「数値」「実行」に変換し、全社のオペレーションを統合的にドライブします。

■ポジションのミッション

経営直下で、戦略と実行の橋渡しを担い、CEOのビジョンを現実に変え、事業の成長速度を最大化していただきます。

・CEO・CxO陣が描く構想を、具体的な施策・KPI・実行計画に落とし込む

・事業・営業・CS・開発など、全職能横断での「Execution基盤」を構築

・組織全体の成果・KPI管理を通じて、再現性ある成長モデルを確立

・CEO特命案件(新規事業/大型提携/資本戦略等)を推進・完遂

■業務詳細

【1】経営・事業KPIの統合管理

・各部門の目標・成果指標を整理し、KPIダッシュボードを構築

・売上・粗利・ARR・ROIなど、経営指標の進捗をリアルタイムに可視化

・CEO/CFOと連携し、経営会議での意思決定支援を行う

【2】CEO直轄プロジェクトの実行推進

・CEOより依頼される戦略テーマを、課題分解〜アクション設計まで主導

・社内外関係者を巻き込み、スピード感をもって完遂

・優先度調整・リソース最適化・タスク実行までを自ら統括

【3】オペレーション改善・仕組み化

・組織横断で発生する課題を特定し、構造的な解決策を設計

・ToDo管理/Notion/Salesforce/各種ツールを活用した業務可視化

・属人業務を標準化・自動化し、全社のExecutionレベルを引き上げ

【4】社内アライメント・ナレッジ統合

・CEO意向・経営方針を全チームへ浸透させるための体制を設計

・各プロジェクトの進捗レビュー・再現知化・社内報告体制を構築

・定例運営・経営報告資料・重要意思決定ログの管理・整備

【5】データドリブンな経営推進

・各種データ(営業・顧客・採用・運用・開発)を統合し分析

・改善仮説を立て、アクションと成果を検証

・事業フェーズごとに最適なKPI・OKRを再設計
