・納期についての問い合わせ ・商品についての問い合わせ

・キャンセルについての問い合わせ ・返品についての問い合わせ

<受注業務>

・お客様からの注文処理

<返品処理業務>

・お客様からの返品を処理

その他、上記附帯業務をお願いします。

【必須条件・スキル】

パソコンを使用した業務となります。

基本的なエクセル操作、電子メールが作成できることが条件となります。

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)
  • 週休2日制(土日)※社内カレンダーによる

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日休)

・職場敷地内は完全禁煙

東武 太田駅から 徒歩15分

給与:

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(8月、12月)

・通勤手当(月5,000円上限)
