仕事内容:
このたび株式会社ヴァリでは、モバイル・オンラインゲームの運営に関わっていただけるメンバーを募集します。
当社が関わる複数のデジタルコンテンツ・ゲーム関連プロジェクトの中で、立ち上げ〜運営フェーズを横断的に支えていただくポジションです。
運営作業だけをこなすのではなく、状況に応じて改善や施策を考えながら、サービスを一緒に育てていく役割を担っていただくことも可能です。
在宅勤務も可能です。
■業務内容
・モバイル/オンラインゲームの運営業務
・新規ゲームの立ち上げや運営サポート
・イベントや施策の企画・運用
・ユーザー動向や数値を踏まえた改善対応
・開発チーム(エンジニア・デザイナー等)との連携
・その他、ゲーム・デジタルコンテンツ関連の運営業務全般
■ 業務委託契約の場合
・報酬は案件内容、ボリューム、経験による
・実績次第で単価UP可

■ 必須スキル・経験
・モバイル/オンラインサービス、またはゲームの運営・運用に関わった経験
・チームでの開発、または運営プロジェクトへの参画経験
・基本的なPC操作、資料作成、データ共有、チャット・メールでのやり取りができる方
■ 歓迎スキル・経験
・モバイル/オンラインゲームの立ち上げ、またはグロース経験
・KPIやユーザー動向をもとに改善提案を行った経験
・エンジニアやデザイナーと連携した業務経験
・デジタルコンテンツ、エンタメ領域への関心・理解
・進行管理やディレクション経験
