フルーツ原料を使用した缶詰や飲料、ゼリーなど世界的なブランドを展開する大手食品メーカーにてセールスアシスタントのお仕事をお任せします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・商品受発注事務

・配送手配状況確認、社内社外マスター登録、メンテナンス業務

・各種帳票の起票

・データ入力および集計

・簡単なレポート集計、配信、コピー

・電話応対(顧客および関係会社各社)

・宅急便手配(国内、国外)、備品管理など、庶務全般

・来客対応

・備品発注,管理

・会議設定(社内、社外)

・その他庶務

スーパーなどで見かけることも多い有名な商品を扱っています。

商品は、フルーツの缶詰、パウチ、カップフルーツ、ジュース、フルーツゼリー等です。

・一般事務経験もしくは営業事務経験

・Excel(SUM・AVERAGE等の基本関数)実務経験

・Word(文書作成程度)実務経験

・英語でのやり取り(文章中心)
