募集背景
2025年に三井住友銀行と合弁会社を設立し、開業に向けて進めている新銀行設立プロジェクトは、当社のビジョンである「お金を前へ。人生をもっと前へ。」を体現する最重要プロジェクトの一つです。この新銀行は、既存の銀行とは一線を画す革新的なユーザー体験の提供を目指しており、その設立にあたって態勢構築をお任せするコンプライアンス担当を募集します。
ゼロから銀行を創り上げるという、またとないこの挑戦に共に取り組み、Fintech領域でのイノベーションを推進していくために、共に挑戦する仲間を募集しています。これまでの銀行の常識にとらわれず、新しい金融サービスを創造していくことがミッションです。

主な業務内容
設立準備中の新銀行におけるコンプライアンス態勢全般の構築ならびに運営をご担当頂きます。加えて、MFW本体のコンプライアンス業務についても部分的にご担当いただきます。
- コンプライアンス(法令等遵守、顧客保護)にかかる態勢整備全般
- 新銀行におけるコンプライアンス態勢構築、コンプライアスに関するリスク評価、各種社内規程の作成、コンプライアンスプログラムの作成・運営
- 監督官庁等及び弁護士等の外部照会対応、各種コンプライアンス関係の届出、報告書等の作成
- 広告審査、新商品・既往商品および社内規定にかかるコンプライアンス審査
- 他部署からのコンプライアンスにかかる相談受付、他部署へのコンプライアンス支援、社内コンプライアンス研修の企画・実施
求めるスキル・経験
- 下記いずれかに該当する方
- 銀行・資金移動業・暗号資産交換業・クレジットカードのいずれかにおけるコンプライアンス実務経験
- 過去に銀行における実務経験があり、現職で法務・コンプライアンスに関連する経験をお持ちの方
- 英語の契約文書、法令文書、および関係する当局文書について理解できる程度の英語力を有する方(翻訳機能の利用も可)
あると望ましいスキル・経験
- ステークホルダーや同僚・社内関係者との間で、積極的かつ双方向でのコミュニケーションができる方
- 新銀行設立というプロジェクト業務が主体となるので、想定外のことや失敗があっても挫けずに前に進める方
- マルチタスク能力がある方
- 思考力の高い方(物事を分析・整理し、判断を下すスキルがある方)
