【職務概要】

採用全般を実務のリーダーとしてお任せします。2~3名のチームメンバーと協業し、全社を巻き込んで採用活動を行って頂きます。

国内はもちろん、グローバル採用(外国籍社員の採用、海外子会社の採用支援)に力を入れていきますので、リードできる方を募集しています。

【職務詳細】

■採用(新卒、中途)

・採用計画、採用ニーズ・要件の明確化、DR・リファラルなど人材獲得チャネルの複線化、全社一丸採用などの採用企画

・採用ブランディング(採用HP、SNS、各種WEBツール、オウンドメディア等を駆使した認知度向上施策)

・採用チャネルの複線化、エージェント・媒体選定など募集団形成施策立案推進

・インターンシップ企画、運用

・ATSによる候補者管理、採用フローの効率化、推進

・内定者フォロー・受け入れ対応、内定者教育、内定式企画、入社式企画、新人フォロー施策

・オンボーディング、入社後のフォロー面談等、リテンション施策の企画、実施

■グローバル採用

・新卒:海外大学ターゲット校選定、学内説明会・合同説明会参加、選考、受け入れフォロー、入国サポート 他

【必須】

・採用経験5年以上(エージェント、リクルート業界の場合はグローバル採用に精通していることが必須)

・TOEIC700点以上

【給与】

年収:700万~1100万程度

月給制:月額300000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)※4.5ヶ月(2021年度実績)

昇給:年1回(4月) 資格・役割に応じて、都度決定

東京都板橋区蓮沼町75-1

都営三田線「本蓮沼」駅より徒歩10分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

8時30分~17時15分(所定労働時間:8時間0分)※フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:10:00~14:45)

試用期間:有(6ヶ月)
