【職務詳細】
具体的には、下記業務をお任せいたします。
■新卒採用業務をメインで担当いただきます。
・採用計画※を基に、全体スケジュールや各種イベントの企画・運営等、採用業務全体に携わっていただきます。
※年間50-60名程度(大学・院・高専含め理系9割程度)
・全国各地の大学や高専、合同企業説明会等への出張対応。
・オンラインを中心とした会社説明会の実施。
・インターンシップの企画・運営。
・選考(書類審査、面接)の実施。
・内定者フォローの実施(入社式まで、その後の教育は別チームが対応)。
■状況に応じて、キャリア採用(面接官)や、グループ会社(メタウォーターテック)の新人採用に携わって頂く可能性があります。
■将来的には、人事部門の他チーム(人事管理、労務管理等)とのローテーションや、グループ会社のコーポレート部門への出向を通じて、キャリアアップ頂く可能性があります。調整の上、期間を決定します。

JR各線「秋葉原」駅より徒歩5分
勤務地変更の範囲:出向・転籍により勤務地が変更となる場合あり
