健康食品・医薬品・化粧品をご利用のお客様からの「電話/メール」でのお問い合わせ対応をお任せします。

※受電メイン(電話対応が約9割)/無理な営業電話はありません。

【主な対応内容】

・商品/ご注文/配送状況に関するお問い合わせ対応

・定期コースのご相談対応(解約抑止/コース変更/休止 など)

・お客様の状況に合わせたご提案(商品提案/クロスセル/アップセル など)

・対応履歴の入力、簡単な事務処理

「問い合わせ対応だけ」ではなく、お客様の近況をお伺いするような温かいコミュニケーションを大切にしているチームです。

【取扱商材】

・健康食品/食品/化粧品/医薬品など全体で80〜90商材

・主にお問い合わせが入るのは約10商材程度

・その他商材は月に数件程度の問い合わせイメージ

求めている人材


【必須】

・平日(月〜金)9:00〜18:00で週5日勤務できる方

・PCの基本操作ができる方(文字入力/コピー&ペースト)

・お客様のお話を丁寧に伺い、落ち着いてご案内できる方

・マニュアルやルールに沿って業務を進められる方

【歓迎】

・接客/販売/受付など、人と接するお仕事の経験がある方

・コールセンター/カスタマーサポートの経験がある方(電話・メール等)

・美容・健康分野の商品に興味がある方

・状況に合わせて言葉を選び、丁寧なコミュニケーションができる方

勤務時間詳細


・勤務時間:平日9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)の固定シフト

・勤務日数:週5日(フルタイム)/土日祝休み

・最低勤務期間:長期(6ヶ月以上勤務できる方歓迎)

・勤務開始日:相談可(採用決定後、研修からスタート)

休日休暇

基本給:時給 1200円 〜 1300円

・面接では、これまでのご経験や働き方の希望(勤務開始日など)をお伺いします。

・採用決定後は、入社時研修・OJTからスタートします(勤務開始日相談可)。
