Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 京都府京都市左京区花背原地町にある名門旅館で、摘草料理を手掛ける日本料理店です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 自然や里山の食材をメインにした摘草料理の調理、食材の下準備、仕込み作業、仕入れや食材管理を行います。

Q. 勤務時間はどうなっていますか?

A. 変形労働時間制(1年単位)のシフト制で、8時00分~16時30分または15時30分~22時00分の勤務です。

基本給:230,000円~300,000円
