仕事内容:

既存の法務業務に加え、AIツール(Gemini/ChatGPT等)を活用した業務効率化(0.5次チェック等)を積極的に推進していただきます。

1.事業法務

・契約書の作成・レビュー

・サービス利用規約の作成、改定

・個人情報保護法、各国個人データ法制に関する調査、対応

・社内規程の整備、コンプライアンス関連業務

・新規サービス検討時等の法的課題の検討、提言

・知的財産権の取得・管理

・AIを用いた翻訳、論点抽出、条項比較などの「0.5次チェック」プロセスの構築・実行

2.商事法務・戦略法務・組織変革

・株主総会・取締役会の運営

・新株発行等のコーポレートアクション

・登記手続き

・法務業務フローのシステム化、効率化提案

3.事務・庶務(ハンズオン業務)

・電子署名管理、押印処理、郵送対応、文書管理など

応募要件:

  • 必須要件

・生成AI(ChatGPT/Gemini等)の日常的な使用や業務での活用経験

・何かしらの法務知見(法学部やロースクールを卒業されているなどでも可)

・事業会社、コンサル会社、事務所での就業経験(1年以上)

・システムやツールの仕組みを理解し、業務改善や業務の仕組化を行った経験

・長文や難解な文章(契約書など)を読み解き、論理的かつ相手に配慮した(ホスピタリティのある)文章を作成スキル

・ITリテラシー、または新しい技術への強い関心

  • 歓迎要件

・会社法分野の知識、経験

・取締役会運営等の商事法務経験

・海外関連の法務業務、または国際法務業務経験(特に東南アジア)

・SIerやWEB系事業会社での就業経験

・M&A、資金調達、再編等のプロジェクト経験

・英文契約の読解スキル(AI翻訳ツールの使用可)

想定年収 4,000,000円 -5,000,000円

※1)インセンティブ制度あり(半期の個人評価をもとに年2回支給)

※2)上記は想定レンジです。ご希望と経験・能力等を考慮し、当社規定により支給いたします。
