■職務内容
- 契約書審査(ドラフティング、レビュー、ビジネス部門へのアドバイスを含む)担当(NDA、業務委託契約、ITプロジェクト関連契約、コンサルティング契約および金融関連契約、その他)
- プロジェクト案件の担当部門およびソーシング担当サポート業務(案件の法的分析、外部弁護士との確認、社内各ステークホルダーへのアドバイスおよび契約交渉を含む)
- 法律事務所への委託業務対応、管理
- レポート作成・分析業務(契約書にかかる各種レポート)
- 契約書審査管理システム関連業務
■必須業務経験・スキル
- 契約書慣習、契約関連法、保険業法および社内ポリシーの観点から契約書類をレビューできること
- 和文・英文各種ドキュメントを正確に読みこなすことができること
- 会社の各部署(US、アジアリージョンを含む)の機能を理解し、円滑にコミュニケーションが図れること
- プロジェクト案件の契約対応について、関係者とのコミュニケーションを適切に行いながらハンドリングできること
- 事務処理能力(期日管理、問い合わせへの迅速・正確な対応を含む)があり、かつ業務プロセスおよびシステムを理解し、効率化の改善提案ができること
- チームの一員として周囲と協力し合いながら目標を達成できること
- PCスキル(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント等)
■その他尚可経験・スキル
- 金融機関を含む規制業種の会社で、法務または他の部署で契約書ドキュメンテーション(和文、英文両方)を担当した経験(できれば 3 年以上の経験が望ましい)
- 分析能力
- 情報検索能力
- 英語力(リーディング、ライティング)
