仕事内容:
生コンクリート・セメントおよび関連資材の法人営業と営業管理を担当します。営業戦略の立案から実行、組織・業績管理までを担い、営業組織の成長と成果創出をリードするマネージャーポジションです。入社後は業界・商品理解から段階的に業務を広げていきます。
具体的な業務内容
・建設会社向け生コンクリートおよびセメント関連資材の販売営業
・販売実績および営業数値の管理
・営業戦略の立案および実行
・営業メンバーのマネジメント
・受発注対応、顧客現場対応(業務習得期間)
・組織、戦略、業績の管理業務
