プログラム概要

本インターンシップは、
日本の大学に在籍する学生(学部生・大学院生)を対象
としています。

将来、
営業・アカウントマネジメント・カスタマーサービス職
としてキャリアを築きたい学生に最適なプログラムです。

IDEMIA Japanの国際的なビジネス環境の中で、実際の業務を通じて以下の経験を積むことができます。

  • ビジネス英語力とビジネスマナーの向上
  • グローバルなハイテク・決済サービス業界の理解
  • 国際チームと協働する実務経験

報酬は
日本の労働法に基づき支給
されます。

主な業務内容

  • 営業およびカスタマーサービスチームの
    日常業務サポート
  • 営業資料、プレゼン資料
    (日英)の作成補助
  • 顧客対応(メール・ミーティング)のサポート
  • 日本チームとグローバルチームの連携業務
    サポート
  • ビジネスマナー、チームワーク、プロフェッショナルコミュニケーション
    の実践
  • メンター・マネージャーとの
    定期的な振り返り・フィードバック

応募資格

必須条件:

  • 日本語が母語で、
    日本の大学または大学院に在籍中
    の方
  • 営業、マーケティング、カスタマーサービス
    に関心がある方
  • Microsoft Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)の基本操作ができる方
  • 日英バイリンガル環境
    で学ぶ意欲がある方
  • コミュニケーション力・チームワーク、協調性
    をお持ちの方
  • 積極的で、挑戦心がある方

Program Overview

The
Business Operations & Customer Engagement Internship
at
IDEMIA Japan
offers Japanese university students an opportunity to gain real-world experience in an international business environment.

This internship is designed for
students who aspire to build their careers in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service
in the Japan market.

Interns will have the chance to:

  • Improve their
    business English
    and
    Japanese business manners
    ,
  • Experience a
    global high-tech and payment services environment
    , and
  • Work with
    international teams
    supporting IDEMIA's customers and partners.

Internship compensation will be paid in accordance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support the
    Sales and Customer Service teams
    in daily business operations.
  • Assist in preparing
    sales documents, and presentation materials
    in English and Japanese.
  • Participate in
    customer communication
    (email or meetings) under supervision.
  • Contribute to
    project coordination
    between Japan and global teams.
  • Learn and practice
    business manners, professional communication, and teamwork
    in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Japanese native speaker, currently enrolled in a
    Japanese university (undergraduate or graduate level)
  • Interest in
    Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
    for high-tech or payment-related industries
  • Basic understanding of
    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Eagerness to learn in a
    bilingual (Japanese English)
    business environment
  • Strong
    communication, teamwork and cooperativeness
  • Proactive attitude, challenge spirit, and
    curiosity toward payment services business

Preferred:

  • Conversational to intermediate level
    English communication skills
  • Interest in
    technology, security, or payment services
  • Experience or coursework in
    business, management, or marketing

Program Details

  • Internship period:
    3-6 months (flexible depending on academic schedule)
  • Workplace:
    IDEMIA Japan Office (Tokyo, hybrid work available)
  • Working Hours:
    Based on agreement with the company and university schedule
  • Compensation:
    Paid internship (in accordance with Japanese labor laws)
