Job Description: Branch Manager

Position Overview
:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our newly established Japan Branch. This role involves setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of all assigned targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Establish and Manage Japan Branch
    :

  2. Spearhead the establishment of the Japan Branch, overseeing its daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of tasks and attainment of performance indicators.

  3. Build Localized Team and Cross-Cultural Management System
    :

  4. Assemble and develop a localized team, implementing cross-cultural management mechanisms and performance evaluation and incentive systems tailored to the Japanese market.

  5. Handle Operational Emergencies
    :

  6. Proactively respond to unexpected situations during business operations, leading subordinates to resolve complex issues effectively.

  7. Liaise with Government Departments
    :

  8. Communicate and coordinate with customs, taxation, and other relevant government departments to facilitate the seamless flow of funds and goods for the branch.

  9. Financial Management
    :

  10. Take charge of the branch's financial management, formulating reasonable budgets, controlling costs, ensuring financial health, and achieving financial targets set by the headquarters.

  11. Risk Identification and Management
    :

  12. Identify and assess various risks in branch operations, establish effective risk prevention and control mechanisms, promptly handle emergencies, and safeguard stable branch operations.

Qualifications
:

Educational Background
:

  • Bachelor's degree or above

Industry experience:

  • Proven track record in the equipment or lithium battery sector.

Cultural and Market Understanding
:

  • Familiarity with local Japanese culture, business environment, and consumer habits.

Market Analysis and Execution Skills
:

  • Demonstrated excellence in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.

Team Management and Communication
:

  • Proven experience in team management, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Innovative Thinking and Adaptability
:

  • Possess strong innovative thinking and adaptability, capable of adjusting strategies promptly in response to market changes.

Language Proficiency

  • Proficiency in both Japanese &Chinese, proficiency in English is a plus.
