・ITプロジェクトまたは業務改善プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(5年以上)

・顧客の担当者・決裁者との高度な折衝およびコンセンサス形成の経験

・SaaSビジネスやITプロダクトに関する一定の知識・理解

【歓迎資格・経験】

・BtoB SaaS企業での実務経験(PM、CS、コンサルなど)

・コンサルティングファーム(IT、業務改善、人事系)での実務経験

・困難なプロジェクトや危機的状況を乗り越え、完遂させた経験

・複雑な利害関係を調整する高度なステークホルダーマネジメント経験

・チームや組織の業務プロセスの「仕組み化」や改善をリードした経験

・人事・労務領域(特に健康経営や安全衛生)に関する知見

仕事内容


【PM】企業の健康経営をリードするSaaS×専門家サービスのプロジェクトマネージャー|フレックス制

【仕事内容】

健康管理クラウドと専門家サービスを複合的に導入いただく顧客(主に1000名以上のエンプラ企業)に対し、PMとしてフロントに立ちサービス・プロダクトを円滑に提供し、顧客の課題解決を実現していただきます。

具体的な業務:

・顧客の担当者(人事、健康管理室)および決裁者(人事部長、役員、社長)との折衝、コンセンサス形成

・顧客の健康課題の深掘り、およびSaaS・専門サービスを組み合わせた解決策の立案・提案

・社内の多様な部署(営業、カスタマーサクセス、開発、産業医・保健師などの専門職チーム)との連携・調整

・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制度フレキシブルタイム7:00~11:00,15:00~22:00コアタイム11:00~15:00標準労働時間:8時間※10:00~19:00をコミュニケーション推奨時間としており、同時間にて勤務している社員が多い リモートワーク:原則週1日を出社とし、頻度は各部署で応相談

・完全週休2日制(土・日) 、祝祭日
