九州にJASM(TSMC)、北海道にRapidusと、日本では半導体産業の再興に向けて、多額の公的資金が投入され産官学の動きが活発化するなど、産業として注目を集めています。AIなどの未来に必要不可欠な技術を支える半導体産業においてNTTとしても貢献すべく、NTTドコモビジネスでは2023年12月に「北海道次世代産業振興・まちづくりPT」を発足しました。本PTでは「HOKKAIDO IOWN CAMPUS」構想を掲げ、「①最先端ロジック半導体×IOWNを活用したサービスによるゲームチェンジ」「②産業×まちづくりによる新たな地方創生モデルの創出」「③半導体/AI/DX領域の高度人財を北海道を起点として育成・供給」をめざし、NTTグループ総力を挙げたプロジェクトを推進しています。

業務内容


半導体業界を起点として業界のステークホルダーを巻き込み、IOWN※1の社会実装を実現するビジネスプロデューサー業務です。

生成AI等の普及によりデータセンターの消費電力は激増し、電力問題が社会課題となりつつあります。これに対して、IOWNは光電融合技術により電気信号を光に置き換えていくことで、❶低消費電力、❷大容量通信、❸低遅延/確定遅延通信を実現する画期的な技術です。

このIOWNの普及により経済発展と電力問題という社会課題解決をめざしています。

本ポストでは、IOWNの社会実装に向けて半導体業界を起点として事業化をリードしていただきます。

半導体業界では設計領域(EDA)で莫大なコンピュートリソースが必要で、今後GPUが活用される領域と言われています。IOWN光コンピューティング(Data-Centric Infrastructure)技術はGPU等のアクセラレータ処理において低消費電力を実現する技術であり、直近ではIOWN光コンピューティング技術の事業化に向けた業務を実施いただきます。

【具体的な業務概要イメージ】

・IOWN光コンピューティング技術のユースケース探索(事業化検証案件の創出)

・事業化にむけたステークホルダー企業へのタッピング

・事業化を見据えたPoC計画策定/実行(PoCの実行フェーズはSE部隊にて実施)

・事業計画策定 等

※IOWNは光コンピューティング以外の要素も多数あるため、上記は一例です。

・新事業創出に向けた熱意、好奇心

・関係部署、グループ会社、外部を巻き込んだ調整および推進力

・ビジネス/社会課定などのコンサルティング経験

・半導体業界に題の構造化、課題仮説の立案/検証などの課題分析業務経験

・ビジネス戦略策関する経験、知識、リレーションを有すること

・サーバ、ストレージなどのコンピュートリソースに関する業務経験、知識
