・法人・提携企業の社員様、店舗へお越しになった個人のお客様へ賃貸の住まいをご提案いただきます。入社後のフォローが充実しているため業界・営業未経験の方はご安心ください。着実にスキルアップできる環境です。

(1)法人・提携企業の社員様のケース

法人企業の「社宅代行」というビジネスモデル。担当者から「転勤が決まった社員様の連絡先」「入居希望日」「家賃や間取りなどの社宅規定」などを共有後、社員様にご連絡。さらに詳細に希望などを伺い、内見の日取りを決定します。

(2)一般のお客様のケース

Webや広告を見てお問い合わせいただいたお客様への対応です。ご希望の条件をすり合わせて、候補物件をご紹介したうえで、来店日を調整します。学生からシニア世代まで幅広い層のお客様がいらっしゃいます。

  • 入社後について

大きく携わっていただく業務は2つです。1つ目は個人でお部屋を探されているお客さまに対して、物件のご提案や内見のご案内、契約手続き、お引き渡しなどを行う業務です。2つ目は、当社の社宅管理代行を利用してくださっている法人さま向けの社宅探しです。実際に入居される社員さまに、当社が管理をしている物件を中心にご提案し、スムーズな転居をアシストしていただきます。
