システム会社で大手メーカー製の電子カルテや医療事務システムの導入支援および維持管理をお願いします。

顧客先は病院や介護施設がメインです。

開発業務はなく、パッケージシステムの導入設定、操作指導、問い合わせ対応がメインです。

医療事務経験者など、レセプトを使用したことがある方にもオススメです

・電子カルテ・医事システムの導入支援(設定・設置)

・導入後の維持管理・保守対応

・システム操作に関する問い合わせ対応(ヘルプデスク業務)

・システムカスタマイズの仕様調整

・ユーザー(医師・看護師・事務職員)への操作説明・立ち上げ支援
