Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. Summary

• Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.
• Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.
• Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments.

業務内容

• プロセスインテグレーションチームおよびモジュールエンジニアリングと協働し、フルオートメーションシステムによる高品質ウェハーの生産
• 顧客の要求を満たすためにファブの産能を最大化するために効果的に計画し、生産目標を達成するためにファブを推進する力として行動する
• 部下が自分の仕事内容と目標を理解できるように、責任を明確にする

Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)

• Work with the process integration team and module engineering to produce high quality wafers through full automation systems.
• Effectively plan Fab capacity to maximize the Fab capabilities to meet customer requirements and act as a driving force of the Fab to meet production goals.
• Clarify responsibilities so that subordinates understand his job content and goals.

資格(学歴、スキル、証明書など)

• 産業工学、科学工学、統計学、機械工学、または関連分野の学士以上、または同等の実務経験と経歴
• 優れたプロジェクト管理能力とコミュニケーション能力

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):

• Bachler and above in Industry Engineering, Science engineering, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experiences and background.
• Good project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with leading company of IDM in 300mm semiconductor industry is a huge plus.
