レストランでの商品開発業務 パティシエとして携わる。

外部クライアントへのコンサルティング案件サポート業務

お仕事内容詳細

自社のレストランで提供するデザートの商品開発をお任せします。

グランドメニューだけでなく、季節ごとに変わるシーズナルメニューやスポット商品の開発に

携わることができます

外部クライアント様から依頼を受けてコンサルティング業務の一環としてのデザートの商品開発も行っています。

クライアント様の意向に合わせての商品開発という、

他では経験することができない業務に携われるのもこの仕事の魅力の一つです。
