Job Title: Supervisor, Retention Marketing

Location: JP, Chiba

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supervisor to lead our Retention Marketing team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Retention Marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing or CRM marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Fluent English language skills (business level).
