About This Role
Pomellato, a luxury jeweller from Milan, seeks an experienced CRM Manager in Japan. The successful candidate will manage CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and drive long-term growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute CRM strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Segment the customer database, target specific groups, and implement tailored marketing campaigns.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalised marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM performance, using KPIs to measure success and propose areas for improvement.
- Liaise with retail management, store teams, and corporate CRM teams on all CRM needs, actions, and results.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Client-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, including customer loyalty programs, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Able to handle CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with additional languages a plus.
