Description
The CRM Ambassador for Boucheron Japan will cultivate a clienteling culture across the Japan network. This role requires understanding the company strategy, educating staff on clienteling and one-to-one treatment, mastering CRM tools, executing CRM plans, and being the first point of contact for stakeholders to maximize action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor action plans based on the company strategy and execute them to increase and activate the database.
- Coordinate with the Digital communication team to create an omni-channel experience and client journey through contact planning and reporting.
- Support projects and campaigns such as document creation, performance tracking, and communication with boutiques.
- Manage invoices and expenses in collaboration with the CRM Manager and local finance team.
Client Development:
- Implement tailored CRM programs, local activations, boutique openings, relocations, events, and client animations.
- Organize trainings for clienteling and share best practices, providing dedicated support actions for individual improvement.
- Develop new tools for one-to-one relationships between Sales Associates and clients.
- Attend monthly calls with Client Service to identify client experience quality, gather feedback, and support improvement in client satisfaction.
- Support the Retail Excellence team and perform daily tasks when needed.
VIC Treatment:
- Establish action plans under the supervision of the CRM Manager for top clients.
- Organize events and treatments for top clients and execute them in a timely and professional manner.
- Support VIC trip projects and learn high-level VIC treatment.
- Create monthly reports consolidating all treatments and sales.
Omnichannel:
- Attend monthly calls with Kering Signature to identify areas for improvement in client care and execute improvement plans.

Salary:
Estimated salary range is ¥5,500,000 - ¥6,800,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
