| About This Role
Autifyは、ソフトウェアテストのプロセスを一貫して支援するソフトウェア自動化ツールやプロフェッショナルサービスを通じて、お客様の成功を最大化させる**シニア・カスタマーサクセスエンジニア(Senior CSE)**を募集しています。 本ポジションは、ミドルマーケットからエンタープライズ領域における、ビジネスインパクトの大きな既存顧客のサクセス支援をリードする役割です。単なる個別の技術支援に留まらず、ハイタッチによる深い戦略的介入と、デジタルCSを駆使した効率的な支援設計を両立させることで、顧客基盤全体の成功をスケーラブルに牽引していただきます。 技術の力で顧客の競争優位性を創出する戦略的パートナーとして、定量的・定性的な成果に責任を持ちます。
Responsibilities
- ミドルマーケット〜エンタープライズの既存顧客に対し、事業計画・プロダクトロードマップに基づいた戦略的なカスタマーサクセスをリードする
- 高度な技術要件・組織課題に対し、Autifyの技術を活かした最適な活用設計・運用改善を行い、LTV最大化を支援する
- 利用データや成果指標をもとに、経営層・意思決定者へROIを可視化した成果報告および成長戦略を提案する
- テックタッチ/ロータッチを組み合わせたハイブリッドCSモデルを設計・実行し、スケーラブルな価値提供を推進する
- 利用状況データからリスク・拡大機会を早期に検知し、解約防止と活用促進を最適化する
- 高難度の技術課題やエスカレーションに対応するとともに、顧客インサイトを社内へ展開し、事業・プロダクトの成長に貢献する
Required Qualifications
- ソフトウェア開発、QA、テクニカルCS、プリセールス、プロフェッショナルサービス等の分野で、主体的に業務を推進した経験
- エンジニア向けSaaSにおけるカスタマーサクセス、またはそれに準ずる顧客支援プロセスの設計・運用経験
- HTML/CSS/JavaScriptの基礎知識、およびWebアプリケーションのアーキテクチャやモダンな開発フロー(アジャイル、CI/CD等)への理解
- 顧客のビジネス課題を技術的な解決策に落とし込み、論理的に提案できる課題解決・設計力
- ハイタッチな顧客折衝力と、デジタルを活用したスケーラブルな支援への理解・関心
Preferred Qualifications
- デジタルCS(Gainsight等のツール活用、コンテンツ・ウェビナー・ナレッジ設計)の立ち上げ・運用経験
- 大規模な組織変更やプロセス改善を伴うSaaS導入・展開プロジェクトをリードした経験
- CI/CD、DevOps、クラウドインフラ(AWS、Azure等)に関する知識
- テスト自動化フレームワークの利用経験、またはJSTQB等のソフトウェアテスト関連資格
- 自身の技術的な貢献が、顧客のビジネス成果や自社の成長にどのようなインパクトを与えたかを重視できる方
- 人的努力だけに頼らず、仕組みやテクノロジーを活用して「より良く、より速く」価値提供することに喜びを感じる方
- 仮説を立て、自ら旗を振って周囲を巻き込みながら、新しい支援モデルやプロセスを創り出せる方
