The Role:
We are seeking a senior Solution Owner who can bridge technology and business to drive complex digital transformations. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, agile delivery, and modern product development practices, combined with the ability to engage business leaders and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. You'll be responsible for shaping product vision, leading delivery teams, and guiding large organizations through the shift from traditional methods to agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product vision and strategy, balancing technical feasibility with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, business stakeholders, executives, and customers) to ensure successful outcomes.
- Act as an agile evangelist and change agent, driving adoption and transformation within enterprise environments.
- Support pre-sales, business planning, and solution design, combining both IT and business perspectives.
- Continuously improve services through agile iteration and hands-on involvement.
Ideal Profile:
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in IT-focused roles such as Program Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager, with proven success in agile software delivery.
- Strong technical background in IT systems, software engineering, or DevOps, paired with extensive business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives, engage business leaders, and align technology with business objectives.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ICAgile, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to inspire teams and manage ambiguity.
- Native-level Japanese (N1) and business or native-level English.
