大手企業が提供する高校生向け進路選択サービスに関するカスタマーサポート業務で、
学校の先生や担当営業スタッフからのお問い合わせに対応していただきます。
【お仕事内容】
高校の先生向けに、進路指導アプリの使い方をご案内するお仕事です。
<電話でのサポート:6割>
・先生への準備状況の確認やフォローコール
・「システムにログインできていますか?」など、丁寧にサポートします
<メール対応・事務作業:4割>
・利用マニュアルの送付、ID・パスワードの発行など

未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力がスムーズにできる方 / Excel(関数・ピポット)、Word、PowerPoint(資料作成)、ビジネスメールの操作が可能な方

- 小休憩15分あり(有給)
- 勤務必須日数は月18日以上(シフト調整が入る可能性あり)
- 繁忙期間は週5日の勤務をお願いします
- お休み希望は毎月2日間まで提出OK
- 残業ほとんどなし(1分単位で給与計算)
