About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business growth and strategy implementation from the viewpoint of a professional Human Resources manager. Given that we are a global company, the successful HRBP will assist our matrix business units, aiding both leaders and their staff in achieving their objectives and fostering further growth. This role offers dynamic opportunities for personal career development and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with people managers to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with global objectives.
- Analyzing HR data and trends to provide insights and recommend proactive solutions for talent retention and development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement impactful learning and development programs.
- Working closely with COE (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Rewards) to cultivate a high-performing culture.
- Assisting in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resource functions.
- Have a strong command of business-level English and full fluency in Japanese.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Display the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information.
- Be proactive and resourceful, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
