・社内外問わず、折衝や調整などの業務経験がある方(職種不問:目安/3年程度)

・主体的にコミュニケーションを取りながら粘り強く業務を進めることができる方

  • 多くの関係者とコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進めるため。

・英語での業務に抵抗感が無く、前向きに取り組みたい方

  • 海外の方とのコミュニケーションも多いため。ただしながら、英語での会議も通訳や、英語を話せる他メンバーがフォローするので現時点での英語力は不問

・何らかの装置に関するフィールドサービスエンジニア・開発・品質保証・営業などのご経験

  • 歓迎要件

・ソフトウェアの開発経験(要件定義)

・TOEIC600点以上の方

サービスのグローバルDX推進担当/東京勤務【CS26230】

カスタマーサクセス統括本部にてグローバル共通サービスシステムの業務要件定義および導入・定着化支援業務をご担当頂きます。

  • 業務内容

【携わる事業】サービス・ソフト

※サービスの示す範囲:装置の設計開発フェーズから装置納入後の保守・メンテナンスまでの一連のプロセス

【具体的な内容】

・グローバル共通のサービスシステム構築に向けたサービス業務要件の作成

・業務要件を作成する上で、グローバル共通のシステムを構築するため、ビジネスユニットや、サービス会社(海外現地法人含む)の方針・運用を考慮するためにも、意見収集を実施

  • 意見収集相手はトップ層~担当クラスの方まで。部門内でご経験なども踏まえてアサインしますので入社後すぐにトップ層との打ち合わせとなることはございませんのでご安心ください。
  • 意見収集に臨む前には事前に社内で、打ち合わせの目的や何を聞くべきかなどの整理する打ち合わせを実施しています。

・サービス業務側の要件定義を纏めた後、IT側へ伝え最終的に業務要件定義書を合同で作成

  • 実際のシステム開発そのものはIT部門で担います。

・システム構築後、サービスフロント側へテスト、導入開始という流れで展開し、定着化を図る

今回対象となるサービスシステム構築とは、昨年までにDXにてSalesforceを活用したグローバル共通のシステムを構築済みです。

今回は、このシステムを活用し、業務効率向上に向けた自動化や不足機能追加、新規構築を検討したものをシステム化するものです。

具体的なサービス業務は、コンタクトシステム、ポータルサイト、対策検討(ナレッジ)、見積作成、部品手配、作業手順書準備、フィールドサービスエンジニアのディスパッチ、測定器・校正器の準備、報告書作成、納品・請求書作成を予定しています。2027年度までにこれらシステムを活用できる状態を目指しています。

※現在、国内拠点の立ち上げができてきており、これから海外のシステム立ち上げを行う段階です。入社後は現状立ち上げているプロジェクトに加わって頂き、少しずつ業務の理解を深めて頂きます。

【年収・給与】

予定年収524万円~860万円諸手当の補足固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)L業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給L82,500円~本給額により変動。時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。L30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給試用期間中の条件変更<業務手当支給対象の場合>試用期間中は業務手当支給なし、実残業時間分を支給

【勤務時間】

  • 勤務時間8:50~17:30(労働時間:7時間45分)※フレックスタイム制度勤務あり(コアタイムなし)

【休日休暇】

  • 休日休暇

・完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年間休日126日(2024年度))

・年次有給休暇:24日 入社直後に付与 備考:初年度日数は採用年月日による期間按分にて付与
