【職務内容】
「Maneai」を導入いただいた企業に対し、AI技術を活用した営業DXを推進し、プロダクトの成長を牽引するカスタマーサクセスとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
・オンボーディング:顧客の課題や目標を深く理解し、導入計画を策定し実行を支援
・商談データの分析・営業シナリオ設計:成果を上げる営業シナリオを設計し、活用をサポート
・フィードバックAIの改善提案:顧客の利用状況やフィードバックを収集・整理し、プロダクト開発チームへ提案・連携
・活用支援:顧客が最大限に活用できるよう、定着支援や活用促進を実施
・効果測定:KPIをモニタリングし、成功事例を創出・可視化
・顧客プロジェクトの推進:社内外の関係者と調整し、プロジェクトを円滑に進行
・価値提案:追加機能や関連ソリューションの提案

【求める人材】
・法人向けの顧客対応経験3年以上(カスタマーサクセス、法人営業、コンサルティング、プリセールスなど)
・顧客の課題をヒアリングし、解決策を提案・サポートした経験
・データを活用し、顧客の課題を整理・提案できる方

・SaaSビジネスや営業プロセスに関する知識・経験
・データを活用した業務改善や顧客の成功支援の経験
・プロダクト改善・開発チームと連携した経験(顧客の声をもとにプロダクト改善に貢献)
・顧客プロジェクトを推進し、社内外のステークホルダーと調整した経験
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
