【仕事内容】

配属先となるDXCoEグループは、損保ジャパンの様々なデジタル案件にITのプロフェッショナルとして参画し、システム開発の立ち上げからリリースまでを迅速に実現する役割を担っています。ビジネス部門と密接に連携してプロジェクトを遂行するため、損保ジャパンに出向して業務にあたります。

出向先のDX推進部では、お客さま・代理店への新たな価値提供やデジタルによるビジネス拡大をミッションに、ビジネス部門をITで支援する役割を担っています。多くのプロジェクトがアジャイル開発を採用しており、内製開発が中心となっています。

【具体的には】

入社後は、損保ジャパンのDX推進部に約2年間出向し、DX・クラウド領域の開発に従事していただきます。

ビジネス部門と直接対話しながら、多くのプロジェクトをアジャイル開発で進めていきます。業務要件を一緒に作り上げたり、フィードバックをダイレクトに受けたりする機会に恵まれており、プロジェクトに深く関与しやりがいを感じることができます。イノベーティブな取り組みを通じて、自己とチームの両方の成長を日々感じることができます。

損保ジャパンへの出向を経た後は、ビジネス部門との協業で得た業務知識と開発経験をもって、SOMPOシステムズにてそれらの活用や後進の育成を担います。社内の技術レベルを引き上げ、ひいてはSOMPOグループ全体のデジタル化の促進、お客さまへの価値提供へと繋げていきます。

【勤務時間】企画業務型裁量労働制により、1日9時間働いたものとみなされます。(休憩1時間)

【給与】

631万円〜1000万円

月給制 基本給294075円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として92340円以上)支給。企画業務型裁量労働制により1日9時間働いたものとみなされます。
