Job Description
Gather business requirements, ensuring viable technical solutions and delivering technology solutions based on the business plan
Work with the Project Management Organization (PMO) to handle ongoing demand for product transformations
Participate in and lead major ground-breaking product updates as part of the Global ERP Business Solution Partner organization
Manage resources and priorities in product design, aligning technology delivery with company strategy
Lead efforts and manage budgets within the product organization, ensuring strategic product decisions align with business objectives
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated experience in international ERP system implementations (Oracle)
Proficiency in integration platforms for leading integrations between Oracle, Workday Applications, and other systems
Extensive experience with Oracle and ability to develop queries and codes using SQL & PL/SQL is a plus
Involvement in financial systems testing and deployment processes using agile or waterfall software delivery methodologies
