当社が展開する美容系DtoCブランド(化粧品・サプリメント・ライフスタイル商品など)の世界観や魅力をSNS(Instagram・TikTok等)を通じて発信していく、クリエイティブ職のアルバイトです。 あなたの「好き」と「動画編集スキル」を活かして、ブランドのファンを一緒に育てていきましょう♪

<具体的な業務内容>

  • Instagram・TikTokなどの投稿コンテンツの企画・撮影・編集 (※動画編集必須)
  • 写真・動画のレタッチ・加工
  • キャプションやハッシュタグ作成の補助
  • SNS投稿のスケジュール管理・カレンダー運用
  • 社内チーム(マーケター・デザイナーなど)との連携

求める人材:

【必須条件】

  • 動画編集の経験がある方(Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva等)
  • 週4日以上、平日の勤務が可能な方
  • 原則、オフィスへの出社が可能な方
  • 美容やコスメが好きな方

【歓迎条件】

  • 動画への顔出し出演が可能な方
  • 手元や肌などのパーツモデルが可能な方
  • ご自宅のインテリアや空間がおしゃれで、背景として動画撮影可能な方
  • ご自身のSNSを日常的に運用し、トレンドに敏感な方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制

・週4日〜OK(平日稼働できる方優遇)

・シフト提出サイクル:30日ごと
