デジタル人材採用を加速する採用管理システム『HERP Hire』や、タレントプール管理システム『HERP Nurture』、オンライン完結型リファレンスチェックツール『HERP Trust』、人材紹介会社向け求人管理システム『ジョブミル』などを提供しています。
主力ビジネスである『HERP Hire』は、IT企業を中心に東証一部上場企業まで2000社以上の導入実績があります(2024年6月現在)。
これまで『HERP Hire』(ATS)の会社として成長を続けてきましたが、近年は既存事業の成長に加え、新規事業の立ち上げや、M&Aによる事業領域拡大など、採用市場の課題を多角的に解決するマルチプロダクト戦略を推進しています。
募集背景
HERPは現在、『HERP Hire』『ジョブミル』『HERP Career』の3事業を中心に複数のプロダクトを展開しています。 各プロダクトのフェーズに合わせて、セールスやCS、マーケティングといったビジネス職種の組織設計・人員拡充が急務となっています。
自社が「採用管理システム」を提供し、「スクラム採用」を提唱している会社であるからこそ、HERPの採用は「日本の採用のロールモデル」であるべきだと考えています。これまで現場メンバー中心で採用を進めてきましたが、組織の拡大に伴い、既存の枠組みに囚われず、経営や各事業責任者と対等に議論して事業成長を最大化させる組織ポートフォリオを設計するリーダーを募集します。

業務内容
事業戦略に紐づいた採用戦略の立案から実行まで担っていただきます。
- 採用戦略の策定: 事業目標から逆算した採用計画(ビジネス職・エンジニア職全般)の立案
- マルチプロダクトを前提とした採用の最適化: 複数プロダクトを横断した最適な人員配置と候補者体験(UX)の設計
- 採用チャネルの開拓と運用: ダイレクトリクルーティング、エージェント、リファラル、アルムナイ等の多面的なアプローチ
- 選考プロセスの磨き込み: スコアリングの標準化や面接官トレーニングを通じた、高解像度な見極めとアトラクトの実現
- 採用データ分析: 自社プロダクトを活用した歩留まり改善とPDCAサイクルの高速化

※上記金額には30時間分のみなし残業代を含みます
※みなし残業時間を超える勤務をした場合は、残業代を追加支給
