AlpenTOKYO内のゴルフ5で、社員と一緒に店舗運営を支えながら、スタッフの育成やシフト管理、売場づくり・在庫管理の補佐をお任せします。担当商品の知識を深めながら、接客・レジ・品出しも行い、チームを引っ張るリーダーとして活躍できます。ゴルフが好きで、人をまとめることに挑戦したい方に最適です。

【Alpen TOKYOで働く魅力】

予定に合わせてシフト調整が可能です。

1日7時間/週4日~勤務OK。

月2回のシフト提出時に希望を伺い、急なご都合も事前にご連絡いただければ調整します。

※上記時間内にて週4日~、1日7~8時間勤務。時間は応相談。

※シフトは月2回提出。シフト制で柔軟に働けますお気軽にご相談ください

【働き方いろいろ】

平日午後~夜や土日を中心に、長期・安定して勤務可能です。シフト例は8:00(9:00)~17:00/13:00~22:30など。ライフスタイルに合わせた柔軟なシフト調整も相談できます。現場責任者としての勤務もあります。

【時給詳細】

  • リーダー:時給1500円
  • 研修期間:時給1400円(3か月) ※習熟度により変動あり

その他

  • 【早朝(~10時迄)】時給200円UP

※みなし労働制では無いため所定労働時間

【入社後の流れ】

入社後はまず、店舗業務や接客の基本をオリエンテーションで学びます。その後はフロアごとの3カ月リーダー育成カリキュラムに沿ってOJTを実施。カリキュラムにはAlpen TOKYO共通の項目に加え、フロアごとに求められる知識や扱うカテゴリーの特殊スキルも学べます。研修期間終了後も教育は続き、幅広い年代のスタッフと一緒に成長できる環境です。
