仕事内容:

上場企業経理部門のリーダー候補者としてご活躍いただきます。

【具体的業務内容】

・経理業務全般(月次・四半期・年次決算) レビュー含む

・税務対応

・会計論点整理・監査法人折衝

・開示(有価証券報告書/決算短信作成/レビューなど)

・会計処理/収益認識基準の検討

・業務フローの構築・改善、必要なシステムの検討・導入プロジェクトの推進

<ご希望に応じて以下業務にも携わることが可能です>

・予実管理

・決算説明資料作成、決算説明会運営

・株主総会対応

・投資家対応

・M&Aの検討、投資判断

・社内制度、規程類の作成(整備) etc
