【募集背景】

今後、現在の経理部長の後継者を募集しております。

現部長の退任時期は未定ですが、1年後〜2年後を目途に財務経理部長になれる方を探しています。

【ミッション・期待役割】

財務経験を重視。特に上場企業での財務・経理経験および部下5~6名程度のピープルマネジメント経験をお持ちの方を募集しています。

経理スキルを基盤としつつ、経営管理業務まで幅広く関与頂くことを期待します。

【業務概要】

同社の財務経理業務をお任せいたします。最初は下記業務から対応いただく予定です。

同社にかかわらず、グループ各社の業務を含めローテーションで担っていただきます。

【業務内容】

1.会計・税務

・月次、四半期、期末の決算

・税金調整(加減算)

・棚卸資産管理(在庫管理、評価)

・資金繰り

2.連結決算

・連結パッケージの対応

3.予算作成・予実対比

・予算作成と予実対比資料の作成

4.売上・売掛金管理

・自社、会員別、事業別の管理

・グループ会社の売上、売掛金請求回収代行業務

・入金消込業務

・滞留債権管理

5.システム連携・運用

・基幹システムとの連携・運用

・新規事業や決済手段、法改正への対応の連携検討

配属:管理本部 財務経理部

人数:5~6名

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

・上場企業での経理財務経験

・日商簿記2級以上

【歓迎要件】

・プライム市場で経理財務のご経験

・通信/IT業界でのご経験

・事業会社での経理財務経験

・経営企画やIRなどの業務経験
