豊島区複合施設の設備管理スタッフ

誰もが知る豊島区の有名施設で設備管理スタッフの正社員募集です。

主に行って頂く業務は・・・

  • 施設内の設備巡回点検
  • 修繕業者の作業立ち合い業務(ブレーカー操作等)
  • 小修繕の補佐業務(管球及び安定器交換、衛生器具修繕等)

等、施設内の設備が「当たり前に」作動し、御利用者に安心・安全・快適な環境をお届けする仕事です。

第二種電気工事士などの資格をお持ちの方は資格手当で収入アップ。

第二種電気工事士、乙種第4類危険物取扱者等の資格をお持ちの方は資格手当(規程の資格全部所持の場合、最大78500円/月)が支給されます。

勿論、入社後の取得もOK(会社補助有り)。資格手当だけでなく、更なるステップアップにもつながります。アナタの努力は会社も適正に評価しますよ

初めての設備業務で不安、経験は有るけど長いブランクが有るので正直不安、・・・そんな方もグローブシップ柏研修センターで入社時に研修を受けられるので安心です。それ以降も資格取得研修なども行っています。

資格


18歳以上

経験3年以上あれば尚可

歓迎資格

第三種電気主任技術者、建築物環境衛生管理技術者、第2種電気工事士、第3種冷凍機械責任者、2級ボイラー技士、危険物取扱者乙種

などお持ちの方優遇します。

年齢の条件と理由:例外事由1号:定年63歳のため、63歳以下の人を募集

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間

月給 23万2000円~35万円

(一律手当を含む)

給与額は基本給の他、賞与(年2回、合計2.5ヶ月分)、各種手当を支給します。

残業月10時間、深夜勤務月12時間、宿直月6回として、

想定月収262000円~385000円

(これまでの経験や、所持資格による)

資格手当 最大78500円(名義登録の場合別途名義手当を毎月支給)

※第三種電気主任技術者資格所持・名義登録で業務手当35000円/月を支給

年収例: 369万円 ~ 565万円

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

経済路線での通勤として支給します(規程有り)
