仕事内容:

コンクリートの切断工事における西日本シェアトップクラスの同社にて、構造物 撤去計画の施工管理をお任せします。

<職務詳細>

・機械オペレーター

・資材調達と検収

・図面の確認

・職人とゼネコン会社との打合せ

・安全管理:各作業に危険箇所がないか等を管理します

・工程管理:現場がスケジュール通り進んでいるか管理します

・品質管理:安全な手順で効率よく作業ができているかを管理します

<仕事の流れ>

同社営業部門からの依頼により現場の下見に行き、そこで得た情報を技術部門に伝達。詳細な施工計画を共に作成。

その計画に基づいて人材の手配や資器材の調達を行い、実際の工事がスタートします。

<入社後の流れ>

座学と実地研修を1カ月程度実施し、現場配属となります。

現場では先輩とOJTで経験を積み、3~5年で独り立ちのイメージです。

<募集背景>

取引先は大手ゼネコンからの依頼が8割を占め、主にインフラ整備、都市開発に係わる現場が多く、おかげさまでこの状況下でも成長を続けております。

特に鉄道、高速道路リニューアル化の案件が増加している為、スタッフを増員します。
