両面人材コンサルタント【"街をつくる企業"の ビジネスリーダー層に特化】
【仕事内容】
同社は不動産や建設、電力・ガス、鉄道会社など、"街づくり"を支える企業に特化し、年収700万円以上のミドル/ハイクラス人材を中心とした人材紹介サービスを展開しています。領域特化型のミドルハイクラス層の両面型人材紹介コンサルティングをお任せします。
【主な業務内容】
- 企業への採用支援
・企業の事業内容や求める人物像に対しての詳細なヒアリングを実施
・希望にマッチする求職者にピンポイントでアプローチ
・企業が求める要件との齟齬がないかを確認するため、面接を実施
・企業へ人材を紹介
・企業の選考・採用サポート(面接日程、会場の手配、採用条件や入社日の調整など)
- 求職者への就業支援
・求職者の求める条件やスキル、経験等を確認するため、カウンセリングを実施
・人物像や社風との親和性なども考慮して、求職者へ案件の提案
・面接対策サポート(履歴書や職務経歴書の添削、模擬面接等を実施)
・雇用条件を企業とすり合わせ(採用条件や入社日の調整・交渉など)

現在人材紹介部門は「不動産・建設」「インフラ・再生可能エネルギー」の2つのチームに分かれております。
2チーム合計で社員11名(20代~40代)が在籍しています。

年収:600~1200 万円 月給制 基本給:432400円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:20時間 固定残業代:67600円 超過分は全額支給 ※インセンティブあり通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし) 賞与:あり 年3回(3月・7月・11月)※営業成績、チーム成績、業績による 昇給:あり 年1回

- HRソリューション事業
実績と経験豊富なコンサルタントが、ペルソナ設計から求人票やスカウト文面の作成、運用代行など採用業務の実行支援を行います。業界・企業視点と求職者視点を掛け合わせることで、採用候補者に「伝わる」メッセージを作成します。
